I didn't have any problem setting up the Digital Ocean/AWS/Hetzner server by myself, and I will happily do some tuning on a web server like Nginx so the website could run faster and MySQL optimize with tuning memory/slow query. This can be done but We need more information about the size, number of disks, cpu and ram used by the virtual machines and if you are using any SAN, NAS or DAS.
