I'm developing a cost-effective IoT speaker device aimed at coffee shops, using the Particle P2 module for cloud connectivity and the DFPlayer Mini for MP3 playback. This project is focused on creating a reliable, easy-to-assemble hardware solution that can scale for small production runs (5–100 units).

Key Features:

- The device will play alert sounds via an external amplifier and speaker.

- It should be able to play custom MP3 files.
