I need a skilled designer to create a unique candlestick flare design compliant to API 521 & API 537 (and supplementary standards ISO 23251 & ISO 25457). The primary purpose of this design is for coal seam gas combustion. The project is focused on ensuring compliance, specifically in the area of coal seam waste management. Key aspects of the project: - The candlestick flare design, including: - Noise Map, UV Radiation & Dispersion study - Stack design incl. Exit Tip & Windshield sizing, Mach No., exit velocity - The main objective is to ensure the design aids in meeting API compliance and engineering standards. - Environmental gas management and reliability is a key focus, so the design should take this into consideration. - Electrical design for monitoring and control supplied by others Suggested Project Milestones may include: Preliminary Engineering & Design Detailed Engineering & Design Final Design Review & Completion Ideal skills and experience for the job include: - Previous experience in designing for environmental compliance projects. - Understanding of waste management principles. - Creative design skills, preferably in creating home decor or event decoration items. - Knowledge of coal seam gas combustion processes would be an advantage.
