Automotive FD CAN and Single-pair Ethernet - 100BASE-T1 Communication software

We are looking for a expert individual who has worked in the past with automotive CAN/CAN FD and Ethernet networks. This person has to build us software on a development board that we can use to manipulate the flow of data between two vehicle control units. We are working mostly with the latest current vehicles that use the Can-FD protocol and Automotive Ethernet 100Base-T1 (single-pair Ethernet - 100BASE-T1) At this point, we already have all the needed tools for sniffing the dataflow, to make data evaluations how large the data volume is between the control units. What speed is used how the data flow looks like what kind of messages are being sent. (directly on current vehicles) So the thing that we need now is for an individual to build a communication software that will implement on a proper developer hardware for data flow manipulations. The final software: 1) Be able to manipulate a data flow between two ECUs in the CAN-FD network or/and automotive ethernet at the same time. The final Hardware: 1) After completing the software, a small piece of hardware should be created that has two Can-FD high speed drivers und 4 Automotive Ethernet 100Base-T1 drivers has. So that the software is programmed on a small hardware gateway and plugged in between two control units for manipulations in the CAN-FD and Ethernet network.
