I am looking for a talented architect to undertake a project involving the transformation of a terrace roof into a modern, stylish balcony. The project details are as follows: 1. Ground Floor (RDC): Create a welcoming and convivial terrace space with modern outdoor furniture (sofa and dining table) for lunch/dinner gatherings. 2. First Floor (R+1): Design an open, uncovered balcony with glass railings. Access to the balcony will be provided by converting one existing windows into sliding glass doors (bay windows). 3. Rainwater Management: As this project is located in a tropical zone, the balcony must be designed to handle heavy rainfall effectively. Strategically position a rainwater collection system to feed into an existing water tank, which will then be used to refill the swimming pool. 4. Materials & Techniques: Use modern materials and innovative construction techniques suitable for tropical climates. Deliverables: 1. A 3D plan to visualize the final project. 2.
