Strong communication skills, experience conducting phone surveys or making cold calls a must, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Calling hours for the survey are between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. MST on weekdays and between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. MST on Saturdays.
