Participated as internee for 3 months in development of a web application for Hospital to Manage different operations as odp, idp, labs, medicine etc. I was promoted to software engineer within 2 weeks. Worked in a team of 10 members in supervision of team leader and project manager. It was a great time to find and fixed problems in very short time. I learned a lot working in a team as cross communication, skills enhancement and synchronizing work etc.
