Given my passion for gaming, I first created an association and later a company that deals with the creation of events and competitions in the eSport scene. In close cooperation with companies such as "Epic Games" and "Battlestate Games" the company organised competitions worldwide with a focus on the European and North American market. My role within the organisation was to supervise and co-ordinate the various groups present to foster inter-departmental co-operation and ensure that the company's objectives were met. My role also included maintaining the relationship between Utopia Gaming and the companies, businesses and content creators we work with.
