I've been working on the contact center industry/ BPO for about 5 years now. I'm a student of the systems egineering / computer engineering career at my local university. During highschool I got my bachelors degree on computing and I did a internship at a local TV channel helping with sound and camera during morning news. I'm a experienced customer service advocate with 3 years of experience as well on technical support. I'm dedicated, honest, easy to teach and fast learning. I've photographic memory and for me is not challenging to work under preassure. I get used to people really fast and never had problems before with no superior nor collegue.
