I decided to give Aleksandar a chance as he had experience with the JUCE Library. It became apparent very quickly that Aleksandar is clearly not as experienced as he promotes. His work was full of errors for simple tasks. I decided to cancel the project after it took him almost twice as long to do the first milestone. which was supposed to be simple. His work was buggy, error prone and he clearly doesn't listen as issue where still not fixed on the 3rd iteration. I would highly avoid

Sends incomplete work while demanding you test immediately. Misses requirements so there is extra back and forth, wasting time. Worker is literally unable to do things because he doesn't update his environment and had to be helped along. Worker is so concerned he is being scammed that he will bother you non-stop to test work that he clearly didn't test himself before sending it to you to test. I won't hire him for any sort of work.
