I use music DAW Ableton off of a Macbook pro Laptop, using external hard drives. I haven't been organised over the years and have Project files, Plugins in various locations. One of my external hard drives have stopped working properly, I have managed to back up some things on another hard drive but i really need help organising where my plugins and files live etc.. I have just recently invested in 2 External SSD's and would like everything to be backed up and organised. I would love it to be the case where I can just open old projects and be able to carry on without Plug-ins being missing etc. Hope this makes sense. Kind regards Chris

I want to have a script that can read an .als file (Ableton Live set) and take a folder of .WAV files that matches the tracks inside the .als file and re-organise them with the correspondent hierarchy found in the original .als file. The script needs to run on 2 folders that contain the same amount of files with the same naming and then move from one of the folders the .WAV files that contain also the same exactly the same audio content.
