Hi, I am a seasoned HR Leader with over 14 years’ experience. My previous two roles have been Head of HR, where I have demonstrated success by bringing about positive change through passionate people leadership. My career spans companies at varying stages of growth and scale, from start-up to global multinational organizations, and headcounts ranging between 400 and 120K. I have led People function for geographies such as India, Singapore, Indonesia, and teams / stakeholders across Europe (UK, Romania, France, Germany), US, and China. In my most recent role as the Global Head of HR at a well-know Telecom Infrastructure setup, I have built, and led three geographies - India, Singapore, and Indonesia. As Employee #20, I played a crucial role in scaling the organization from 20 to 400 employees and developing the key pillars of People, Process and Culture. Prior to this, I have worked on large-scale projects such as Organizational Restructuring, Culture Change and Talent Development amidst steep business growth and transformation. I’m adept at Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and have worked on PeopleSoft and ZingHR platforms. I have HR certifications such as Compensation & Benefits (AIHR), Talent Management & Succession Planning (AIHR), Organization Development (OD Practice) from TISS (Mumbai) and Job Evaluation from Hay Korn-Ferry under my belt. A systems-thinker and life-long learner, I am currently looking to add value as an HR Consultant/ Advisor to growing organizations (mid-scale and start-up).
