We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer and Developer to lead the design and development of a dynamic, user-friendly website using Webflow. This role requires not only an eye for aesthetics but also the technical expertise to integrate the site with Airtable, ensuring seamless data management and workflow automation.
Project Goals
Our objective is to create a cutting-edge website that highlights our aviation services and offers a seamless user experience. The site will include features like a CMS-driven aircraft inventory with detailed specifications, an employee page showcasing team profiles, and an empty leg display for available flights. We also aim to develop an interactive aircraft comparison tool and a range map to enhance user engagement. A robust blog section will allow us to publish industry updates and articles.
The project includes a user portal with distinct roles for charter customers, jet buyers and sellers, and employees. Charter customers will be able to book trips, manage bookings, and view charters. Jet buyers and sellers can browse aircraft for sale, list aircraft, and manage transactions. Employees will have access to update inventory, edit profiles, and manage key sections of the website.
Backend integration will be key, utilizing Airtable for efficient database management. Automations will streamline workflows, ensuring smooth operational processes.
Responsibilities
As the lead designer and developer, you will create an exceptional user experience while ensuring the site functions seamlessly. You will design and develop the site in Webflow, integrating Airtable to support dynamic content and automation. The user portal will require secure authentication, personalized dashboards, and role-specific access to features.
You will also develop interactive tools such as the aircraft comparison feature and range map, ensuring they are intuitive and visually appealing. Collaboration with our team will be critical to align the site’s design with our brand and audience needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with proven expertise in Webflow design and development. Experience integrating Webflow with Airtable and creating CMS-driven websites is essential. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design interactive tools, develop multi-user portals, and implement secure authentication systems. Attention to detail, strong design principles, and excellent communication skills are a must.
