Make.com Automation & Job Listings Integration

We are seeking a highly skilled [login to view URL] (formerly Integromat) Automation Specialist to streamline the process of aggregating job listings from multiple sources and displaying them on a unified platform. Our goal is to pull job data from Kadoa workflows (different VFX studio websites), combine them into a single dataset, and display the listings in Notion or a similar tool while maintaining an archive of old job postings. Responsibilities • Set up and configure HTTP modules in [login to view URL] to fetch job listings from multiple Kadoa workflows. • Combine job listings from multiple sources into a single dataset using Array Aggregators or Data Store modules. • Handle pagination to ensure all job listings are retrieved from each source. • Ensure the workflow prevents duplicate entries and moves outdated listings to an archive. • Automate the process of appending and managing job listings in Notion or Wix (preferred tools). • Troubleshoot and optimize scenarios to ensure data accuracy and performance. • Provide detailed documentation of the setup for future reference. Requirements • Proven experience with [login to view URL] (formerly Integromat) and automation workflows. • Strong understanding of API integrations, HTTP requests, and data handling (JSON, arrays, etc.). • Familiarity with Kadoa workflows and extracting data from structured APIs. • Experience with Notion, Wix, or other data visualization platforms. • Ability to filter, append, and deduplicate data in workflows. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with other automation tools (e.g., Zapier). • Basic understanding of job listing management platforms.
