I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage and optimize my video content workflow. I create training videos for hoteliers (in English and Czech), and I need support with creating timestamps, writing short descriptions, and organizing content for my community. The role also includes applying this process retrospectively to my past videos and maintaining it on a weekly basis for new uploads. Transcript Processing: - Access my YouTube account and retrieve transcripts for each training video (transcripts are generated via an integrated tool). - Use ChatGPT, Google AI, or any other tools to create timestamps and short descriptions for each video. - Polish text as necessary to ensure accuracy and readability. Content Integration: - Add timestamps and descriptions to the respective YouTube video descriptions. - Publish the same content on my Skool community platform. Retrospective Work: - Apply the same process to approximately 50 English-language videos and around 100 Czech-language videos already uploaded on my channel. Ongoing Weekly Support: - Process 2 new videos weekly (1 in English and 1 in Czech), following the same workflow. Optional Future Step: - Organize content in Airtable for potential reuse as shorter clips for social media. Requirements: - Experience with content management and familiarity with YouTube. - Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT or Google AI. - Ability to work with content in both English, optional Czech. - Knowledge of tools like Airtable is a plus. - Attention to detail and an ability to polish content for publication. Initial retrospective work: ~10 minutes per video, ~150 videos total. Ongoing weekly commitment: ~20–30 minutes per week for 2 new videos. Deliverables: - Updated video descriptions on YouTube with timestamps and descriptions. - Relevant content added to the Skool community platform. - Organized content in Airtable (if agreed upon).
