Author Seeking Crew for Full-Length Drama Movies

I'm an author transitioning to the visual world, starting with full-length drama movies. I am in the process of building a dedicated team from scratch for this journey, and I require trustworthy and dependable professionals.
Key Requirements:
- A Director of Photography: Someone who can capture the essence of the story visually.
- A Camera Operator: A skilled and experienced individual who can handle the camera during the shoot.
- A Key Grip: A reliable person who will manage the lighting and rigging equipment.
- A Possible Co-Director: Someone with directing experience who can assist in the directing process.
The primary focus of this project is pre-production planning, where I need the most assistance. Experience in this area is crucial, as we will be meticulously planning every aspect of our shoots to ensure a smooth filming process.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in film production, especially in pre-production planning.
- Strong understanding of the drama genre.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and dependability are key.
- Previous experience working on full-length movies is a plus.
I am also in the process of building my own app where all our content will be displayed. Therefore, familiarity with digital content distribution is a bonus. I am looking for a team that will be with me from the beginning to the end of this journey.
