DUNJEVAC duplex LOFT- Croatia I'm looking for a talented interior designer who can provide modern and minimalist ( yet soulful and meditative) design sketches for my home. For now we limit it to the most urgent ones ( 3 rooms) after which there will be : Kitchen Cabinets interior, Closet space, bath room. It is all Remodeling in a Duplex loft & the Townhouse below, with Garden ( another design project. Basically this is the first project that can lead to on going projects for the next 12 months. For now - Areas to be Designed: The design will focus on a terrace ( AKA TERRACE SOUTH) and a meditation/home office/reformer room/home office with walking pad. AKA REFORMER TOOM & A GUEST ROOM with Walunits for bags & shoes & a beautiful Sofa bed in the center of the room and a TV / stereo until - Style: The desired aesthetic for these spaces is modern and minimalist, yet soulful and representing the style and personality of the occupant. All based on Feng Shui & Vashtu principles. Occupant is Music executive ,an avid Yoga, Pilates & Runner, seeking proper balance between work & home - Key Skills: Ideal candidates for this project should have a strong portfolio in modern and minimalist residential design with expertise in small spaces, maximize spaces, excellent sketching and visualization skills, and experience working with outdoor and multi-purpose spaces. I have photo albums / mood board, floor plans in 3 d and very clear idea of my needs. We can do a zoom. enclosed Please provide samples of your related work. ROOM DETAIls: - Reformer room is a long balcony ( 9:45 x 1.80) that we are closing to make it a : Home office, reading corner, Reformer room. At the end of the room is a small utilities room to be divided by a sheet rock wall. 2.45 x 180) - TERRACE SOUTH: is connected to our Open plan living room . It will have a small sauna in east corner and the terrace need to be utilized in winter and summer with comfy couches, space heater with possibility of eating and lounging. - GUEST ROOM : doubles as shoe / back / lounging room
