I'm looking to enhance our website with a client diary. Its main function will be to schedule appointments, but I also want it to have a few additional features for convenience and efficiency, for both clients and non clients. Key Features: - Appointment Scheduling: The primary goal of the client diary is to facilitate scheduling of appointments. - Automated Reminders: I want the system to send automated reminders for upcoming appointments to help reduce no-shows ( email & text messages) - Calendar Integration: The client diary should seamlessly integrate with popular calendar services to allow for easy tracking of scheduled appointments. Access: - The client diary should be accessible to both clients and staff. It needs to be user-friendly for all parties involved. Ideal Skills: - Web development with experience in creating interactive, user-friendly interfaces. - Knowledge of integrating automated reminder systems and calendar services. - Experience in developing secure systems that can cater to both staff and clients.
