Hello, We have experienced in working with machine learning, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence, also have experience creating chatbots of both domain specifics and responsive types using the RASA framework. We have developed a chatbot that plays the role of a virtual patient and tests the diagnostic skills of the user. It takes both text and speech as inputs. Developed using Rasa, RasaX frameworks. After reading and understanding your requirement and have a few queries regarding it. - what type of chatbot you are looking for (domain-specific or responsive) domain-specific means where the chatbot will be replying for a specific domain in which the responses of the bot is already known. the responsive bot is a high-end chatbot where we implement machine learning so that bot starts to take feedback from the responses and starts responding out of scripts for certain cases. -what will be the business case so that we will be knowing what kind of add ons we need to do.
