Crear una aplicación para iPhone

Solo para personas con mucha experiencia en aplicaciones (diseñador y/o programador), abajo puedes ver lo que me gustaría tener en mi soñada app, pero dame un listado de lo que puedes realizar solamente, su valor, tiempo de desarrollo y el portafolio de tus app. Mi sueño: Necesito una app para equipos moviles, para ser usada en todo Chile (dividirlas por regiones o estados), no es necesario que el usuario se registre, al activarlo puedes geolocalizarte y ver los restaurantes a tu alrededor. Mediante categoría puedes chequear los restaurantes que estan a tu alrededor (ejemplo...comida mexicana, comida italiana, comida japonesa etc), al hacer click en ellos puedes ver la información que sea necesaria (dirección, horario de atención, teléfono, reserva de mesas, etc). Mediante un formulario de reserva....reservar mesas, 2 mails para cada restaurant (no es necesario APi, no estamos en linea con los restaurantes) Lo que tendrá esta app es que se pueden registrar los mismos dueños de los restaurantes o pub subiendo alguna foto, mail, teléfono y datos de su negocio, previo registro. Generar para el webmaster una estadística (fechas de registros y cuanta gente revisa o reserva mesa en los distintos restaurantes), un bloqueo de cuentas y bloqueo de mails (que no se admitirán de nuevo a algunos restaurantes), servicio de pago con tarjeta de crédito. Seria genial tener un slice de publicidad(banner). En sintesis, desarrollar una buena app, un atractivo skin, testear, revisar y mejorar la app, optimizarla mediante palabras claves y un buen icono, publicarla en app store para android y iphone.
