Adaptacion de juego HTML5 de Bingo en multijugador, online. React + Firebase.

Necesito la adaptacion de un sistema de juego de bingo en html5 (Bingo Bash - [login to view URL]), el cual cuenta con toda la logica de juego, tanto html5, javascript, css, php, etc, para que el mismo pueda ser jugado por varios jugadores en forma simultanea (multi jugador), en forma online, mediante la adquisicion de tickets o cartones. Se requiere que el sistema cuente con sistema de usuarios (login, registro, cambio de contraseña), en lo posible utilizando frameworks como React y base de datos mediante Firebase. No seria necesaria la implementacion de pasarelas pagos, ya cuento con quien me lo haga. Se deberá entregar todos los archivos y bases de datos sin ningun tipo de restriccion. De preferencia seleccionaré un programador de habla hispana. Escucho recomendaciones y presupuestos.
