Key Responsibilities:
Claims Process Analysis:
Create a visual BPMN model of the current claims process.
Analyze process bottlenecks, turnaround times, and errors using Excel, RealStatistics, and SimQuick.
Perform simulations to assess process efficiency and propose data-driven improvements.
Strategic and Market Analysis:
Evaluate the company’s strategy using Treacy and Wiersema's framework.
Conduct a market and context analysis, identifying key trends and customer needs in the insurance sector.
Develop a Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Value Proposition Canvas to align organizational goals with customer expectations.
Proposal Development:
Design an enhanced claims process integrating fraud prevention mechanisms.
Propose IT solutions to improve process automation and customer communication, including prototyping in PowerApps.
Address organizational challenges within the five domains of the Digital Transformation Playbook.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
Map the customer journey and design a Customer Experience Map.
