About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Reviews and Ratings (R&R) Freelancer to enhance the online reputation of our brands through collaboration and targeted strategies. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage organic and paid reviews, ensuring a positive and authentic brand presence across e-commerce and review platforms.
As an integral part of our growth efforts, you will help monitor feedback, execute paid reviews campaigns ethically, and optimize overall ratings. This remote position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and Managing Reviews:
Regularly track customer reviews and ratings across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and social media channels.
Identify critical reviews and coordinate with internal teams to resolve underlying issues.
Ensure a consistent flow of positive reviews through ethical and targeted strategies.
2. Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with customer service teams to address concerns raised in reviews.
Partner with product and operations teams to implement feedback and improve the quality of products or services.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that encourage organic reviews.
3. Paid Reviews and Ratings Campaigns:
Identify suitable platforms and audiences for paid reviews campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers to execute paid reviews while adhering to ethical practices.
Track the performance of paid campaigns and provide detailed analysis on ROI and effectiveness.
4. Analysis and Reporting:
Create weekly and monthly reports summarizing key insights from reviews and ratings.
Highlight areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to teams.
Benchmark against competitors to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
5. Strategy Development:
Design and implement processes for effectively managing both organic and paid reviews.
Develop guidelines and SOPs for ethical paid reviews to ensure transparency and compliance.
