I'm seeking a dedicated support professional in the US Mountain time zone who can assist with handling customer orders and shipping requirements for of all types including truckoad, LTL, international etc. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting salespeople and customers via email with their shipping inquiries. - Incorporating order entry and updates within the ODOO Zaccountung system. Ideal Skills: - Previous experience in customer service, particularly with shipping inquiries. - Familiarity shipping processes and protocols. - Proficient in email communication, with a knack for clear, concise and courteous customer interaction. - Experience with order entry systems.
