I'm seeking an experienced programmer to assist in developing a code for live video streaming on Telegram utilizing a partially set up Xiao ESP32S3 camera. This is for personal use.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficient in programming, particularly with ESP32S3
- Familiarity with Telegram's API for live streaming
- Experience with camera hardware setup and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of video streaming protocols and techniques
The project should support streaming quality of 1080 and 720p for video and 5 megapixels for pictures with autofocus OV5640 Camera. The live stream should support basic user commands like start, stop, and play
The code should be optimized for use on a Windows operating system. The code should be written in any programming language would do.
