Need an investment thesis and business plan in the walk-through attraction (midway attraction) space. I need various themes (e.g. illusions), geographies (e.g. Southeast USA), merits (lots of 4x EBITDA deals) and risks (high rent given necessary Main and Main locations), scalable org chart (where your personal role stops/starts, when to add a CFO, etc.), systems (one POS or many).
De Novo model and which focus/where, etc. Need the beginnings of a road map to give some structure on the roll-up of companies to buy and how we would consolidate the back offices for the economies of scale to consulate the back offices.
Either way, it would be great to have a few specifics to discuss the theme, size, location, structure, seller role (if any), EBITDA improvement opportunities (staffing, ticket pricing, capex, etc.), etc. with the Museum of Illusions being the first case study. NO FECs and any industry reports we can find.
The main go is to show the Private Equity group a layout of a road map to roll up 20-30 companies quickly pull the back offices together to consolidate the accounting, marketing etc. as well as show organizational charts on how we would grow the back office and when we would need to add staff.
Due to the timeline I will need you to do slide after slide and complete each slide. Such as organizational chart slide and send it to me. Then the next slide etc. I have the layout just need help on the work. I need you full time on this as the timeline is coming up.
