Scope of Work (SOW) for Writing Articles Related to Online Course

Offsite SEO

Objective:

To create high-quality, engaging articles for Offsite SEO that will be posted on external blogs like Medium, LinkedIn articles, and others.

The articles are geared to increase awareness and conversions for the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) courses, its toolkit and exam simulator.

The writer must submit:

1- Content calendar for 52 articles

2- 12 articles, 2000 words each, weekly submission of 1 article. With Turnitin report shows the article is original content and free from AI content.

The writer MUST follow the BEI SEO Content Guide - Articles (attached) to ensure consistency and adherence to our content standards.

Original and AI-free content:

The writer must produce 100% original content for each article. Copying content from other websites or using AI-generated content is strictly prohibited. Any instances of plagiarism or use of AI will result in immediate termination of the contract and no payment for the work in question.

Deliverables:

A. Keyword Research and Topic Research:

The writer to provide a keyword research and suggest high search volume keywords and provide a list of those keywords and their search volume.

The write must research the topic very well to ensure that the articles are relevant, correct and are adding value to readers.

B. Content Calendar:

The writer, within 7 days from the contract award, MUST provide a content calendar with suggested article titles and brief as follows:

- Weekly article for a duration of 12 weeks

- One payment milestone will be given after approving the content calendar.

- Use article types within the guide

- Suggest titles (subject to change at each article production date)

B. Article Delivery and Process:

The writer should start drafting the weekly article as per the following process;

1. Title and Outline Submission:

o To be submitted on Monday of each week.

o The writer will provide 5 title options and a detailed article outline (including H2 headings) for each article.

o Primary and Secondary keywords for H1 and H2 are provided in the guide.

2. Draft Submission:

o To be submitted on Thursday of each week.

o Once the title and outline are approved, the writer will submit the first draft of the article for review.

o Submit Turnitin report showing the article is original and free of AI content (Note: we will check the article as well using AI detection tools, maximum AI content acceptable is 20% of the total article)

o We will provide feedback and request revisions as necessary.

3. Final Submission:

o To be submitted on Saturday of each week

o After incorporating our feedback, the writer will submit the final version of the article.

o Payment will be released upon submission of the completed, approved article.
