Instagram Bio Link to Open in Mobile Native Browser (Not in-app)

IMPORTANT: To be awarded this project, in your proposal, you must demonstrate a test link created by you in an Instagram bio which opens in mobile's native browser and not in Instagram in-app browser, without any prompt.
Do not bid if you can't provide a working test link because there are many bidders who do not have the skills to achieve the requirements of this project.
Project Details:
When you tap a "link in bio" of an Instagram profile on your mobile phone, by default the link opens in the Instagram in-app browser. However, I need my link to open in the default mobile browser (Chrome, Safari etc). I believe this can be achieved by adding some special code inside the target page.
I have found 3 types of solutions online for this but none of them are proper solutions:
Solution 1 - Fake downloading a file on the page so the Instagram browser redirects the visitor to the native mobile browser. Here is how: [login to view URL]
Solution 2 - Using a URL scheme such as googlechrome://domain to redirect the URL request to the native mobile browser. Here is how: [login to view URL]
Solution 3 - Using JS to open a new tab or new window.
Most of these solutions do not work and even when they do, Instagram prompts the user saying "You are leaving the app. Do you want to continue?". This is not ideal.
Recently, I found a service which has achieved this without triggering any Instagram prompt. The service is [login to view URL] and on their website they call it Deeplink Technology. Here is an example link: [login to view URL]
If you add this link to any Instagram bio and tap the link on your mobile phone, it takes you straight to the native mobile browser WITHOUT ANY PROMPT on both iOS and Android. I need a similar behavior in my webpage in shared hosting environment.
I have been told that this behavior can be achieved using a PWA trick with Angular or React, which makes it appear as though the link must be opened as an application, but it is essentially just a URL opening in the native browser. I am not sure if this is the right solution or not so I leave that to you to decide.
