Fix in Android App

I have a problem in a Delivery Android (Java) application, a customer's orders are duplicated at the same time. It seems that when you double click on the "Confirm Order" button, the backend is developed in PHP. I have implemented a validation, but it doesn't work. I need a validation in PHP or in with a Trigger in the Database. You need to connect remotely to my computer to solve the problem.
