Anaplan JD:
Looking for an Anaplan expert to build Anaplan applications (modelling and programming), work on change requests for Anaplan models, analyze new business processes/requirements and inefficiency in existing ones, in alignment with Global process owners to understand and provide solutions. This position will cover Sales/Marketing/ Finance/ Supply business areas including cross-functional business processes as per requirement.
Activities include:
• Understand and build optimized Anaplan Models, catering business requirements
• Translate business requirements to technical language and model/programming them in Anaplan applications
• Learn and utilize new Anaplan features for setting up new systems and improving the existing ones
• Audit of the models - meetings key business users aimed to analyze existing business process inefficiency, models optimization and improvements according to latest Anaplan platform capabilities
• Migrate classic UI to New UX
• Contribute towards Anaplan CoE growth and functioning
• Drive adoption through communication and training (one on one, group, webinars)
• Manage the incoming application related requests (Access request, Incident, Change request, problem request, how-to question)
• In case of Incident look for the root cause, resolve and communicate to business and document and recurring issues
• Creation of User Acceptance Test plan for own developments;
• Creation of documentation and instructions for business users of business model logic;
• Enhancements of the model based on the feedback, bugs fixing and maintenance.
• Provide the team with the guidance and technical expertise in Anaplan Modeling and related infrastructure: Anaplan Connect, New UX, Anaplan API and other interfaces aimed at other systems.
• Ensure Anaplan platform pre-release testing is done for basic functions as well as for key regional models.
Additional Requirements:
• Minimum Anaplan Modeling Level 3 Certificate is a must
• At least 4 years experience in Anaplan modelling experience, spread across multiple domains, like finance, sales, Supply chain etc.
• Must be an analytical, problem solving, solution-oriented individual, self-motivated with cross-functional domain knowledge
• Ability to model business process and analyze gaps,
• Driving behavior, ability to drive end-to-end modelling process with minimum guidance
• Think out-of-the-box mind, ability to propose new/not-standard solutions
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in constantly changing environment within tough timelines
• Experience working in FMCG companies will be an add-on
