here's my terms of offer as I have a number of websites that need updating and full customisation and

I am offering $60aud on the following terms...


READ CAREFULLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


1. You must complete the task within 10 days from when I award the job.

2. You must give me a PERSONAL GUARANTEE that you have the necessary skills to complete my tasks

3. You will give me a 1-7 point plan on what you understand of my job offer before embarking on this assignment.

4. You will also assure me of an UNLIMITED REVISIONS for the work that I require to protect me from scamming

5. You will not attempt to blackmail me nor scam me AFTER you have read the terms of offer and what is required and failure to do so will result in you paying me $250aud for my "LOST OPPORTUNITY COSTS" WITHIN 7 days of cessation of this agreement.

6. Upon a successful outcome from each job, we will extend our association by offering you a continuation of more work at an agreed rate and that you will not seek to ask for money outside this website that offers protection for both parties to this agreement.

You are welcome to discuss any issue well before we enter into an agreement.

    Hello there, i read your description and realized you mainly focused on meeting deadlines, and avoiding scams, so before giving any personal guarantee i must need to know a couple of things.
    1. What updates does the website need?
    2. Does the content need to re-organized, pages needs to be shuffled, images optimization, data base management?
    3. Is the website CMS based? if yes which CMS is being utilized?
    4. Will i get the same compensation in future projects, if i delivered high quality work on time?
    5. I assume with the title of this contest "Web developer for marketplaces" means you need someone to fix e-commerce stores, i.e, shopify, or Woocommerce.
    6. I can help you with every kind of website, I just need some clarification before officially signing up for this task.
