I'm looking for a talented designer to create a bold and colorful poster/flyer for promoting an upcoming event. The design will be primarily for digital platforms and physical print from A4 to A3, so it needs to be eye-catching and engaging to capture online audiences. The concept needs be be transferable and simple enough in design, to work as a website landing page.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in graphic design, particularly for social media
- Ability to create a bold design based on the specific color palette of Pantone #feb17b
-Create simple and effective retro/modern style poster
-The image on the background are tiny mountains with a sun and sunset sky
- Experience in designing event promotion and striking social media materials
- Understanding of digital design specifications and current trends

The following wording must be written on design:

Title: Your story in the Tiny Mountains.

Sub title: Tell 'Your story' in 2-3 minutes in the 'Your story in the Tiny Mountains' Tiny film competition
