I'm seeking a designer to create an artistic and abstract image for the back of a t-shirt for our MOBTS event. The design should be inspired by the University of Auckland's business school, specifically the curved and waved structure.

Key considerations for the design:
- The image should be screen printable and limited to three colors: HEX: 721460, HEX: ffffff, HEX: 8f8f8f.
- It should be based on the business school building:

- The design should consider the 'seas and mountains' concept, but without literal 'arms'.
- The MOBTS acronym logo should be moderately prominent in the design.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of modern and abstract design principles.
- Experience with screen printing limitations and requirements.
- Ability to incorporate specific design aesthetics into original work.
- Proficiency in using Gill Sans MT font, as used in all MOBTS images.
- Capability to design for a navy/dark blue shirt.
