Fix Odoo v16 FATAL error root@root FATAL: role "root" does not exist

I am looking for an experienced Odoo developer who can help me fix a critical issue on Odoo v16. Currently, I am facing a FATAL error where the role "root" does not exist. I have a backup of my Odoo database, so we can safely proceed with the necessary changes.
There was no change nor any update on the installation. After a reboot last week there was a first error I fixed with this help: [login to view URL]
After another reboot last week, I ran into another fatal error
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong experience in working with Odoo v16 and resolving FATAL errors
- Proficiency in database management and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Odoo roles and permissions
- Familiarity with backup and restore procedures in Odoo
