Quick job! URL/MySQL Help

Hello All, I need some help with regards to urls. For example Say I went to [login to view URL] ----- it would connect to a mysql table and extract variables where URL='project1' i.e. query being "select * from table where URL='project1'" Another example: [login to view URL] ---- select * from table where URL='testing ' Another example: [login to view URL] select * from table where URL='demo' Does this make sense?
