Full Stack Developer for Figma-to-React Transformation

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React to transform Figma mockups into high-quality, responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, [login to view URL], React, Node.js) to deliver robust and scalable full-stack solutions. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of user interfaces and seamless integration with back-end services.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-End Development:
Translate Figma designs into responsive and polished React components with a strong emphasis on performance, usability, and cross-device compatibility.
Implement modern state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) for efficient application data flow.
Back-End Development:
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
Integrate and manage MongoDB databases for scalable data storage solutions.
Collaboration & Optimization:
Work with designers and product managers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability across browsers and devices.
Testing & Debugging:
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
Debug and resolve issues promptly to maintain high system reliability.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of React-based projects.
Solid expertise in React.js and related front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).
Proficiency in Node.js, [login to view URL], and experience with MongoDB.
Ability to translate Figma mockups into responsive, high-quality front-end implementations.
Strong understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Experience consuming and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous learning.
