Modifications to website

We have this work to do on this web made with opencart: [login to view URL] - In the main menu, we need the dropdown called "Hombre" and the one called "Mujer" to be horizontal, like the "Marcas" one. By this i mean that the white rectangle should be full width and its content to appear centered in it. - When you choose a product, you can see its name, its price, and beneath that there is a text that functions as a button and says "Escribe una opinion" (which means "write your opinion"). After clicking over that text, there it a tab at the bottom of the page that changes from "Descripción" to "Opiniones". This isn´t working quite well, because to see that change, you need to manually scroll your way down to the end of the page and it might seem like the button named "Escribe una opinion" is not working and that nothing changes after clicking it. Thats why we want that scroll to be automatic. Could you do this? - In this same page, where the product's description is, we want all product´s images to look like this one: [login to view URL] Not like this one: [login to view URL], because it directs you to another tab, and doesn't have the zoom effect. - When a product is on sale, we want both prices to show (the full price and the one with de discount). We want the old price to appear with strikethrough. Let me know if you have any questions, and how much would the budget be for this kind of work.
