I am looking for the top 5 Beta testers to fill in my form for the newly updated form rollout For this Project to be completed: 1. Form must be filled in the last step (this takes me under 3 minutes but I know this form well) 2. Purpose of the form is for people to get any item they need crowdfunded (so you must think of and post an actual item you would need and want crowdfunded) 3. Please indicate first if you want this beta test removed from the db otherwise this would be an actual item you want. 4. Program is currently open for USA/Canada only (sorry) 5. You must provide your feedback on the form when submit with at least a 150 character description focusing on improvements.
