コンテスト概要

I'm looking for a detailed plan for a duplex house, with each floor measuring 40'x40'. The entrance will be from the east and the design needs to comply with Indian Vaastu principles.

The layout includes:
- Ground floor: One living room, kitchen, dining area, and one bedroom with an attached toilet.
- First floor: Two bedrooms, each with an attached toilet.
- Staircase: Internal staircase connecting the two floors.

Design Style: The house should embody a Colonial style.

Finishing: The preferred finish material for the house is Stucco.

Kitchen: The kitchen should be designed as an L-shaped layout.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in architectural design, particularly in residential properties.
- A strong understanding of Colonial architectural principles.
- Knowledge of Indian Vaastu.
- Experience in designing with stucco.
- Ability to design functional and aesthetically pleasing L-shaped kitchens.

The preferred ceiling height for the rooms should be 12 feet. The design should include a balcony on the first floor.
