Work as “Manager–Operations”. Monitor and Manage 3 core divisions.  Establishing Freelancing Unit for Business Development.  Establishing Client Care Unit with Sales Team.  Drafting of Product Architecture for HASH POS, HASH TRACK and APKI PHARMACY in respect of Development and Branding.  Development of Off-Shore Team to strengthen the Sales & Development Unit with overseas benefits.

 Work as “Project Manager” for Websites and Management Systems development.  Product Planning and Management of Development are core tasking body of my Job.  Moreover as a member of Steering committee–iT Majlis,my services in Product Enhancements and Product Marketing strategies were highly appreciated by organization.  Automation (To automate various department) and Implementation Committee are the highlighted work initiatives within the organization plus to Project Management Office.

Work as “Project Coordinator” including the additional responsibilities of Customer carrying officer, fixation and proposal rating, implementation of sales strategies and negotiate with the client.  Emails and other Public relational platforms were also attended by me.
