I've been a Technical Support US Internet Service Provider, a Financial Representative for Verizon, a Collection Representative for a US-based Telco, a Customer Service Professional II with an Administrative Position for Manulife Group Benefits in Canada, and my recent position as a Medical Biller and Admin Assistant in Washington State where my task was to review Scheduled Patient make sure they are billed correctly using their Health Insurance Coverage. I also Investigate claims to make sure our Medical Providers are getting paid. I manage New Patient Intakes, Medical Records, Referrals, and Prior Authorization arrange them in Folders upload them to our Patient Record Application on our computers, and make sure everything is in place.
