Cache and Stock Notifier Email Issue

We are experiencing an issue where order confirmation emails are not always being triggered. This appears to be caused by a conflict between the out-of-stock notifier plugin
and the order email, both attempting to send simultaneously we believe.
Since we recently moved to a new server, we need to ensure the caching setup is configured correctly. Previously, on SiteGround, we had issues where incorrect stock levels were displayed on different devices due to conflicts between the cache plugin and WooCommerce cache plugin . While this has not occurred on the new server yet, we want to prevent any potential recurrence with neat clean cache setup.
There is also issue where the Wordpress cache plugin and out of stock notification plugin seem to conflict causing the out of stock notifier not to work.
Project Requirements:
We need a skilled WordPress and WooCommerce expert to:
✅ Diagnose and fix the conflict between the out-of-stock notifier and order email system
✅ Set up caching correctly to avoid any potential issues with stock display
✅ Review past cache-related problems and ensure similar conflicts do not arise
✅ Ensure the out-of-stock notifier functions correctly with the current caching setup
✅ Provide a clear troubleshooting plan and solution
