I am a successful website developer for more than 11 years. Now, I want to enter into the coaching field as I want to make it as a fulltime career option. But I lack the motivation or the push required to start my first course. I get distracted between so many options. I need someone who helps build and market my courses with least input from me. I have all the skills to teach and I know my stuff pretty well. But I am super busy with my work so not able to stick to my goal of starting a coaching business.

I have prepared an outline of the first online course (which I would offer as live video call instead of recorded). I have also written a script for the video ad to promote it but i don't know if it would work or not.

In the nutshell, I am looking for someone who brings the coaching skills out of me and put me on the right track of success in this field.

That was all I could say.
