I'm in need of a creative assistant to help with various administrative tasks for my organization. The role involves maintaining our Mailchimp database, developing and maintaining newsletters, and publishing blog content on our WordPress site. We are consultants specializing in Human Resources, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety in Australia. We assist small businesses that cannot afford or do not require expensive, qualified staff in these various areas. The newsletters will be created in three variations using a Mailchimp theme. The basic newsletter (Newsletter 1) will include thumbnails and teasers to encourage readers to visit the website. Newsletter 2 will contain the same base information as Newsletter 1 but will also include an educational piece for readers to engage with. Newsletter 3 will feature the same blog information but will additionally provide an article specifically written for those who refer business to AssuranceHR (AHR). I will provide the content and imagery for each newsletter. Several blogs will be published weekly, and a newsletter will be sent out every fortnight. I anticipate needing approximately 7–10 hours of work per week for this project. Key Responsibilities: - Newsletter Development: Primarily focused on crafting newsletters that contain educational articles and references to blogs. - Blog Content Publishing: Taking our blog content and images to develop and publish pages on WordPress. The blogs will primarily be informative articles. - Sales Funnel Building: Assisting in building sales funnels as requested. Including design and sales hook plus automation - Web Design: Designing webpages as requested. Skills & Experience: - Proficiency with Mailchimp and WordPress is crucial. - Experience in newsletter development and sales funnel building is preferred. - A creative mindset with web design experience will be highly beneficial.
