Tank with skid plate

I need a drawing of a tank on a skid plate ASAP.
This tank will look like the vertical tank in the picture. I need a skid built so we can trailer the tank. The skid will need to be L shaped so the tank can lay on the side. When delivered, we will stand the tank upright. H beam will be used for the skid. Only draw the flanges I placed on on the drawing.
BASE needs to have 4 solid H beams with plate above and below.
