Subtle and Cohesive UI Sound Design for Healthcare Video Consulting Platform

BRIEF: We are seeking a talented and experienced sound designer to create subtle, cohesive UI sound bites for key user events in our healthcare video consulting platform. These sounds should gently grab the user’s attention, offering a polished, professional experience similar to auditory cues in tools like Google Meet or MS Teams. DELIVERABLES: Five (5) unique yet cohesive sound bites tailored to the following events: 1. Message Notification: When a patient is waiting to see a clinician receives a message from the receptionist or clinician. 2. Call Joined: When the clinician joins the video call with the patient. 3. Room Transfer: When the patient(s) on the video call is moved to a new meeting room. 4. Waiting Room Alert: When patients are waiting to be let into the call by the clinician. 5. Clinician Exit: When the clinician leaves the video call. SOUND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: * Subtle and professional tones: The sounds must align with a healthcare environment, ensuring they are calming and non-intrusive. * Cohesive aesthetic: All sound bites should share a unified design language, ensuring they sound like they belong to the same platform. * Non-intrusive: Sounds should gently attract attention without disrupting focus (like a soft nudge). * Unique and distinct: Each sound must clearly signify its respective event. * File formats: Deliverables should include WAV and MP3 files, optimized for both desktop and mobile applications. TARGET AUDIENCE: Our platform serves a diverse user base, encompassing people of all demographics and abilities. The sound design should emphasize inclusivity, ensuring it meets the needs of the 1% of disadvantaged individuals, such as those with mild hearing impairments or sensory sensitivities, without compromising on its broad appeal.
