Job Description: I am looking for an experienced instructional designer or curriculum developer to create a comprehensive online curriculum for Phonics, Grammar, and Soft Skills training for age groups between (2-18 years). The goal is to provide students with a complete learning experience from beginner to intermediate level, including interactive activities, quizzes, and assessment methods.
Scope of Work:
The curriculum must be structured, easy to follow, and include the following components:
Lesson Plans:
Detailed lesson plans for each topic (Phonics, Grammar, Soft Skills).
Lesson plans must be broken down by topic and include clear learning objectives and activities.
Clear instructions for the instructor to guide students through the content.
Day-by-Day Planner:
A daily schedule that outlines the lessons to be taught each day, including a timeline of topics.
A breakdown of when to introduce new concepts, practice exercises, and assessments.
Worksheets & Activities:
Printable worksheets for Phonics, Grammar, and Soft Skills to reinforce learning.
Interactive activities that engage students and help them practice new skills.
Activities should be suitable for an online learning environment (e.g., activities that can be done via Google Docs, PDFs, etc.).
Quizzes & Assessments:
A series of quizzes to assess the progress of students after every section or module.
Assessments should be designed to evaluate understanding of phonics sounds, grammar concepts, and soft skills (e.g., communication, time management).
Clear grading guidelines and possible feedback for each quiz.
Interactive Content (Optional):
