hi, I am already working on a project management system with "Forum" built in. It is a side project. I love working in Agile environment. What I understand about the system is this: - Administrator will enter/manage Technicians in the system. - Administrator will create teams comprised of multiple Technicians - Administrator will enter a new task and assign it to any technician or a team. This will add an entry in a calendar. - Technician will see all the tasks assigned to them or their team. - Technician can update the status of the task - Forum will allow teams and technicians to discuss between them....there will be a separate forum for each task I assume. I would like to start our discussion with my first query about "Progress tracking and reporting": 1) Will the technician manually update the status of the task ? I want to clarify that what will constitute as a "progress" in an assigned task. Also one more important question: 2) Is it a multi vendor software ? or only one company will be using this software ? thanks
