A 500-word (1- to 2-page)succinct review of your main points. Although an executive summary is much like a traditional abstract, the purpose of it is offering an extended, but persuasive summary. Imagine you are writing to a busy executive who wants the main highlights from your report and needs to be persuaded to buy into your ideas and read further. From Canavor (2016), an Executive Summary is “where you tell readers what the rest of the material means and why they should care.” This appears as its own page.
Paper Elements:
An overall introduction which details the purpose and overview of your report. It should also set the background/context of ComU’s situation and how/why the company should strive to increase inclusion in the workplace.
At least 3 practical ways that ComU can increase employees’ sense of belonging and inclusion in the workplace. You must use least 5 external sources or case studies AND the textbook to support your arguments.
A plan to assess the success of your suggestions. This should include a detailed description and timeline of a method for evaluating your recommendations. You could consider distributing surveys or holding focus groups for assessment. Please provide details about the questions you would ask or measures you would use.
A conclusion which summarizes your content and provides closing thoughts.
