Upgrade XOOPS from 2.0.7.3 to the latest version

I have 2 websites built with XOOPS CMS version 2.0.7.3 and only works with PHP4. Since it is difficult to find PHP4 hosting, I need to upgrade these sites to the latest version of XOOPS (which I think it is 2.5.x. now) to run on PHP5. I need someone who knows XOOPS very well and can do upgrade to the latest version. There is no PHP programming involved, but may be required to fix bugs after the upgrade.
